We are pleased to invite you to a special post-election update and analysis designed for in-house counsel and senior human resources executives. We will examine what the results of the Presidential election and the new shape of Congress will mean for Employers in 2009 and beyond.

As the 2008 election season comes to an end, we will discuss what can be expected during the first 100 days of the new administration in terms of labor and employment legislative initiatives. We will also explore the new administration's priorities from both a regulatory and a legislative perspective for the coming year. Among the many topics to be reviewed are:
