Please join us on Thursday, January 8, 2009 for a special 90-minute, post-election update and analysis designed for in-house counsel and senior human resources executives. We will also explore the new administration's priorities from both a regulatory and a legislative perspective for the coming year. Among the many topics to be reviewed will be:
- Employee Free Choice Act
- RESPECT Act
