A Brand New (Work)Day? What the new Administration and Congress may have in store for Employers
Please join us on Thursday, January 8, 2009 for a special 90-minute, post-election update and analysis designed for in-house counsel and senior human resources executives. We will examine what the results of the Presidential election and the new shape of Congress will mean for Employers in 2009 and beyond.
During this program, we will discuss what can be expected during the first 100 days of the new administration in terms of labor and employment legislative initiatives. We will also explore the new administration's priorities from both a regulatory and a legislative perspective for the coming year. Among the many topics to be reviewed will be:

- Fair Pay Restoration Act
