As legal and governmental agency expectations become more complex and more demanding, HR professionals and in-house counsel find themselves between a rock and a hard place. Are you recommending compliance efforts but getting push-back from your own management team due to the possible burdens of full compliance on their efforts to achieve legitimate business goals?

This program will explore how you can achieve the compliance you need without derailing other business goals. We will address scenarios related to FMLA intermittent leave, the (over?) use of separation agreements, ADA accommodations that are reasonable to the business, NLRB issues that affect your handbook policies, and other compliance pressures.
