This program will provide a review of the most critical employee benefits and executive compensation issues confronting employers today, such as ERISA litigation trends, design elements involved in structuring severance and downsizing programs and executive employment agreements, risks for plan fiduciaries, deferred compensation, new ERISA disclosure for 2012 and strategies for administering 401(k) and 403(b) retirement plans in the current challenging regulatory environment. In addition, the program will focus on how to maximize your 401(k) and 403(b) plans to withstand challenges by the IRS, DOL and plan participants.
