Biography

Holly Robbins is a Shareholder in the Minneapolis office of Littler Mendelson. Ms. Robbins’ litigation experience includes representing employers in all stages of litigation, including jury and court trials, arbitration, and appeals in state and federal courts. Ms. Robbins has defended employers against lawsuits alleging discrimination and harassment, including discrimination on the basis of race, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation, marital status, and religion. She has also defended employers against breach of contract, non-compete, tort, wage and hour, and retaliation and whistleblower allegations, including Sarbanes-Oxley whistleblower claims. Her experience includes litigation against and negotiation with the EEOC. In addition, Ms. Robbins works with employers to devise successful strategies for reductions in force, disciplinary actions and terminations, employee and management training, and other workplace actions. Prior to joining Littler, Ms. Robbins was a partner in the employment group with Faegre & Benson.
