Biography
Mr. Iskander is a trial attorney with extensive experience in state and federal courts. He practices in a broad range of employment matters, including harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. He also advises employers in areas of privacy, information security, data breaches, internal and government investigations, and regulatory matters. Mr. Iskander also has extensive prior experience as white-collar criminal defense attorney, and is a former Lieutenant with the Judge Advocate General’s Corps with the United States Navy.
