Biography
Alison Davis represents management in employment and labor law. She has extensive litigation experience in the employment arena including: sexual harassment, race, national origin, age, gender and disability discrimination, overtime, FMLA, USERRA, the Railway Labor Act, and wrongful termination claims. Alison also counsels employers on employment laws, policies and procedures, disciplinary actions, diversity and wage and hour issues. Earlier in her career, she served as Associate General Counsel for Labor and Employment at the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak), Vice-President & Assistant General Counsel with Zurich North America, and later as a Partner at a Washington, DC law firm.
