Biography
Ms. Lowe is an Associate in Littler's Miami office. She obtained her J.D. from the University of Miami in 2000. She has extensive experience in all areas of U.S. immigration law, including employment-based, family-based, naturalization and litigation/deportation areas. She represents domestic and multinational employers before the U.S. Homeland Security, U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Labor in connection with U.S. immigration-related employment issues. Ms. Lowe counsels employers on immigration policy, strategy, and compliance and has experience conducting audits to assess I-9 compliance. Ms. Lowe also practices global corporate migration where she evaluates and analyzes global migration issues to ensure the smooth transfer of personnel to the destination countries. Ms. Lowe is fluent in Spanish and Mandarin.
