Biography
Ms. Randall provides advice and counsel to a wide range of employers and represents their interests in a variety of employment litigation matters in federal and state court, defending against claims of wrongful termination, wrongful denial of benefits, constructive discharge, sex harassment, discrimination, and retaliation brought under Sarbanes-Oxley, Title VII, the ADEA, ADA, ERISA, FLSA, FMLA, and various other federal and state employment laws.

Ms. Randall is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
After graduating from law school, Ms. Randall served as the Appellate Law Clerk for the Honorable John R. Webb and the Senior Appellate Law Clerk for the Honorable Gilbert M. Roman of the Colorado Court of Appeals.
During law school, Ms. Randall served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Senior Judge John L. Kane of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
