Biography

Mr. Judd represents, counsels, and defends management clients in connection with employment and workplace disputes in state and federal courts, and before administrative agencies. His particular emphasis is in representing employers in litigation involving claims of workplace discrimination (e.g., Title VII, ADA, FMLA & ADEA), sexual harassment, wrongful termination, employment torts, and restrictive covenant violations.

Mr. Judd has the unique distinction of being licensed to practice law in four states.  He also represents employers before state and federal administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Nevada Equal Rights Commission, and the Utah Labor Commission (Antidiscrimination and Labor Division).
