Biography

Ms. Krincek is the Office Managing Shareholder of Littler's Las Vegas and Reno offices. She represents management exclusively in the field of employment laws. Ms. Krincek handles litigation matters ranging from complex wage and hour class actions to wrongful termination matters. In addition to her active advice litigation practice, Ms. Krincek counsels employers on various topics including ADA, FMLA and non-compete issues, provides training and regularly reviews and drafts policies, handbooks and employment agreements.
