John Skonberg

Biography
Mr. Skonberg specializes in the representation of management in all aspects of labor and employment law, including collective bargaining, NLRB representation, discrimination law, wrongful termination, unfair competition and mergers and acquisitions matters. He has represented numerous employers in contract negotiations, wrongful termination/discrimination jury trials, trade secret/unfair competition jury trials, administrative hearings and arbitrations. Mr. Skonberg has presented numerous seminars on various aspects of labor and employment law to trade associations and other employer groups. Mr. Skonberg's clients include hotels, retail companies, biotech companies, trucking companies, healthcare product manufacturers, mining companies and electronics manufacturers. Prior to joining Littler, he worked as a trial attorney for the National Labor Relations Board. Mr. Skonberg is Co-Chair of Littler's Traditional Labor Law Practice Group and is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.
