Training and Professional Development

The best never stop getting better.

In keeping with our dedication to seeking talented attorneys and creating a rewarding work environment, Littler has an attorney dedicated to the recruitment, retention, and professional development of our associates. We provide development opportunities throughout the year to help our lawyers grow from beginning and mid-level to senior associates and shareholders. In addition to their educational and organizational value, these programs provide our attorneys with opportunities to meet one another and share ideas and experiences.
