• Rather than waiting two to three years or longer – as is generally required in most large litigation practices – new attorneys are encouraged to make appearances before arbitrators, judges, and state and federal agencies within their first year.
• Early in their careers, first year associates have the opportunity to assume a major role in litigation, including the taking and defending of depositions, which involves extensive contact with client representatives and opposing counsel.
• We believe strongly in education and regularly conduct employment law seminars and training for our current and prospective clients. Our new attorneys are encouraged to assist in facilitating these workplace training sessions, which provide yet another opportunity for early client contact.
